    We are looking for a Social Media Executive to join our dynamic business. The role is based from our office in Bedford and so the successful candidate will be expected to commute or relocate closeby.

In our first three years we have worked with some of the most famous and well respected brands and personalities in the UK and overseas. We specialise in managing Social Media accounts and producing content to reach our clients target markets and audiences.

    Your role will involve working with the social media team to create social media strategies. You will then work with the team to both deliver and maintain these campaigns across multiple social media platforms for our clients such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn.

    Your position will play an important role in our company’s success and we aim for the staff who are successful in our first years to become those we build teams around and nurture to be leaders for us in the future.

    What a typical day would look like:

    • Day to day running of all relevant social media channels for clients across businesses and personalities accounts that we manage by monitoring activity and responding accordingly.
    • Work with the video and photography content team to come up with new and creative ideas for client social media accounts.
    • Assist with paid social campaigns, maintaining and monitoring performance and reporting on performance to clients.

    • Strong interest in social media trends, emerging platforms and content.
    • Creativity and ability to write engaging copy to be posted on social media pages.
    • Ability to work to multiple deadlines and under pressure.

    What a typical day would look like:

    • Responding to briefs and coming up with new exciting ideas for upcoming client campaigns.
    • Working with the internal video, photography, and social team to develop engaging plans that meets all areas of our client criteria (briefs, KPIs and feedback).
    • Taking all your learnings from outside research and internal ideation to put together engaging presentations for clients that excite them about our ideas.
    • Pitch alongside the senior team to clients across a variety of different industries.
    • Work with the account management team to successfully plan and execute production of ideas.

    What we are looking for:

    • Passion for all things creative, social, and digital – with a keen interest in emerging new social platforms.
    • Creative thinker who can adapt to any new client brief.
    • Experience working in a creative or social agency (or similar environment).

    You will be expected to:

    • Work both on and off-site
    • Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video planning, recording and editing
    • Work with our creative teammates
    • Regularly collaborate with customers
    • Work to ensure you deliver quality first time – every time
    • Develop an overall video brand messaging strategy
    • Good time-management skills and willing to be flexible with travel and hours

    Candidates will ideally have:

    • 4+ years of experience as video specialist
    • Experience of using 4k cameras such as Sony SF7 etc, sound and lighting equipment
    • Be a Creative thinker and possess the ability to edit to musical themes
    • Great interpersonal and communication skills
    • Proficient in Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects, and Microsoft programs
    • Knowledge and a good understanding of motion graphics is preferred
